Nigerian celebrities picked up the baton of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge from mostly American celebrities and got themselves wet for charity. Actress Genevieve Nnaji has already took part in this challenge. Now it’s turn of Ice Prince, Davido, Emmanuel Adebayor, Peter of Psquare, Iyanya and more to douse themselves with ice water. The Ice Bucket Challenge started as a small idea to raise money for charity, has now gone viral online. Everyone from David Beckham to the founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, the former U.S. president, George Bush, and the founder of Microsoft Corporation, Bill Gates, have done it. The ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, a form of motor neurone disease) Association ‘created’ the challenge that dares nominated participants to be filmed having a bucket of ice water poured on their heads. 29 year old British woman Sarah Ward gave birth to four children in a space of nine months after falling pregnant with triplets just weeks after she gave birth to her first child.
